Two years in Eve

My corporation turned 2 on Saturday, but I've been playing since right after launch. It sure doesn't seem that long, but there you go. We originally set it up using the free cash that we got as a compensation for issues when the game started and we've been going on an off ever since. It's a massive corporation with a current high membership of three people, algthough one of them is my alt.

I only started playing again a few weeks ago, but quite a lot had changed since I was last there. I've had to refit my Raven to make it less likely to get ripped to shreds in agent 3 missions, and now I'm pretty much happy with they way I'm set up. I need to spend a lot more money on tech 2 gear, but most of what I have now is more than enough for all the level 3 missions I've seen so far. The forums on the official site seem to be full of people who use siege launchers, but I use heavies because it's cheaper and you're rarely against a battleship until you go up to agent 4s. There's a missile nerf coming soon, but I don't think it's going to affect me too badly and certainly not to the extent of some doom mongers who are calling Ravens useless. Once you've got 5s in enough skills and six heavy missile launchers there are very few cruisers that last that long. I even took down a battleship with heavies once, but it took about half an hour.

Of course I don't play the PvP game so I don't worry about other players with my setup.

On Saturday I also notiiced the advanced missile skills are listed on the market now, but I guess they're not in yet. I guess that'll be about 100million of new launchers that I'll need to buy.
