A new update this week, and this time it's a totally new card type. Now a new card type has the risk of being very bad for the game, but I think they may have done it right this time.
What we've got here is a Serpentis Character who costs 2 to play. The blue cross at the top right is the Clone Cost, which means that when she is killed you may pay 1 ISK in order to return her to your starbase.
There's also the words AGENT and PILOT on the card. Characters can be either in a starbase, in which case the agent text applies or in a ship, in which case the pilot text applies. What's more when in a ship she gives trade 1 to the ship on the left hand side, which is important as it stacks with any other abilities on that side.
Getting to Arma it's quite a nice card for Gallente players that gives you +1 income as an agent, but is much better off in a ship trading. The trade skill stacks with patrol and so is a natural upgrade, and quite handy on it's own. The kicker is the Gallente ability of whenever her ship is damaged by an enemy ship that ship must be returned to the owner's hand. Even if your ship is destroyed you then can pay 1 ISK and return her to your starbase in order to put her on the next ship out to the outer regions.
