I moved!

The move has happened and we're all positioned in lowsec ready for phase twenty seven of the master plan. The mining is good, the locals friendly and 0.0 within easy reach. Adapting to not being safe all the time is going well, and the carrier shipping program means we've got most of our gear out already. Battleships are a problem, but there are lots on the market so we can make do with new ones for now if we don't fancy running them through an AWFUL lot of jumps to get there. I have a lot of ships

I have a lot of ships, and in preparation for moving location with my corp I've been evaluating what I really need. Some are a no brainer. I need my Raven for running missions for cash in Empire. I need my Buzzard for scanning. I need my Falcon for scaring clueless pirates in lowsec (oh, and moving our capital fleet) and the Myrmidon is pretty useful for when I actually need to shoot somebody. The Hulk is needed for mining (grumble, showing willing and all that with the corp) and that's probably it for what I do in my day...

It's crunch time in Eve again

It's crunch time in Eve again, but this time the crunch is me getting our new corp website written. The API into the game lets us do some really interesting things now and I'm coding lots of things into a nice automated site to help run the corp. As I've been going on I've come up with a question. The API allows you to see the characters on an account and their skills. It also allows you to revoke the access key at will. The question I've been wondering about is why don't more corps use this for character...
