According to the NY Times http://www.nytimes.com/2007/11/28/arts/television/28eve.html?_r=1&pagewanted=2&oref=slogin the patch is next Wednesday.
Just don't expect to be able to get the extra graphics patch that day with the way the servers are going to get hammered!
