Dunno about the middle bits, but the last piece... obviously not the original, or the extra twangy '72 Delaware version that wasn't used... not '80... it's quite '86, but not entirely... not '87, not enough orchestra for '96 or 2005 onwards...

That leaves... 2001, Arnold's Big Finish version, which would make the number... eight?
